Chinese New Year, or Spring Festival, is a tradition that goes back more than 4,000 years. This year, it takes place on Friday, February 12, 2021. This will mark the beginning of the year of the Buffalo (or Beef), which follows that of the Metal Rat, which began on January 25, 2020.
In 2022, the year will begin on February 1. The date varies each year because it is calculated according to the Chinese lunar calendar: the first day of the year must take place on the second new moon after the winter solstice, before the lunar phase of spring equinox.
We therefore wish all our Chinese friends a very happy and healthy year for you and your families, (阖欢乐) that your business prospers ( )兴隆 ) and can an abundance of money and treasures fill your homes.
